Hank took these pictures last night. Sometimes we put Jacob to bed and he falls asleep with his legs in the air. We think it is hilarious! So our boy crawls backwards and sleeps with his feet in the air. Can't wait to see what else he does "his" way :)

My Little Valentine

Today mommy made this yummy strawberry cake. I got mommy a card and some of her favorite candy :) We went to see Dr. Evans today as I had my 9 month checkup. Doc says I'm growing big and doing great!

So, today... Hank and I left Jacob in his room on his belly for a "while" to see where he would end up when we returned. We know he's getting around on his butt, and he seems to change locations once he falls over to his belly... but now we know for sure that he is sorta crawling BACKWARDS!! Too funny. We will try to get video of it when he does it again. His belly is still not his favorite place to be - and never has been - but at least he's trying. We left him near the door on his Gator blanky and when we went back in, he was backed into the closet doors and just grunting and fussing loudly. Wish we could have caught it - but we'll set up the camera to try and catch him.

Not much going on today. Daddy's been out of town. I got new - bigger - PJ's. Mommy likes these with the cows on them.

Laura inspired me to change up Jacob's blog template a bit. In doing that I lost all the links and am trying to figure out how to resotre them. Tune back later - maybe I'll get the hang of this stuff yet.
