From last night ...

Here's some of the fun we had last night when Aunt Baby, Uncle Pete, Ben, and Sammy showed up at our house!

Last night we made our own pizzas for dinner.

Aunt Baby learned how to play the Trick-A-Ma-Stick Game (officially called the "Cat in the Hat I Can Do That" game).

Of course, we had to play Sequence!

Uncle Pete, Sammy, Ben and Jacob played in Jacob's room.

Playgroup Egg Hunt

Today was our playgroup's annual Easter Egg Hunt. We had great weather and Jacob had a BLAST! Tomorrow is another hunt for Jacob at school...candy, candy, candy :)

What we've been up to

Last week we really "needed" some cookies. I told Jacob if he finished ALL his vegetables, we could make cookies. I then proceeded to beg him to eat them all! :) He did, so we got to make from-scratch chocolate chip cookies! Jacob helped by dumping all the ingredients after I measured, plus he helped run the mixer for a little. And of course, he helped "clean" the mixer!!

In other news, Ryan needed a bath. I am the official Bather of Children in our house.

Somehow he managed to get onto his side. I think he likes it!

Ryan is very strong. He is especially squirmy when it's almost time to eat! Here he is lifting his head, hoping to find some food. Sorry, dude ... Daddy is not properly equipped to handle that problem. :)

Ryan wore his sweater and cap to church today, where he received TONS of compliments! Too bad he couldn't wear the matching booties. His feet are too big already!
