Jacob 6 year check-up

My boy has GROWN!!!  In the past year Jacob has gained 4 pounds and grew 2 1/2".  Doc says he is doing great and anything we were concerned about is very normal for his age.  So thankful for a great doctor.  He has 8 kids of his own so he's seen it all!!

Happy Mother's Day

Never try to get the 2 year old and the 6 year old to pose in a line...just doesn't work!  This pic amuses me because this is pretty much how it is all the time....Ryan running off and Jacob bossing him around telling him what not to do HA!  It has been an awesome day...My boys cooked an awesome dinner for me and then cleaned up afterwards...I love my family :)
 

Jacob's party at school

Today me and Ryan took some treats to Jacob's class at school.  We had a fun time.  Jacob's teacher is awesome and she really enjoys Jacob.   She made today a very special day for him and I'm so glad I got to be a part of it :)

Jacob's Birthday Party!

We had a great time this morning celebrating Jacob's 6th birthday! Since it's a gojillion degrees outside these days, we decided it would be fun to have an indoor party at Burger King. The kids had a blast, and the parents did, too! (I'm thinking about having Tammy's birthday party at BK as well! Let the kids play while the adults hang out.)

Field Day

Today at Jacob's school he had field day.  It was soooo hot, but we had a ton of fun.  Next up, the "Bugz" program on the 18th.  Jacob will be a bug in his school musical.  Stay tuned
