Not much going on..

We are counting the days till Hank is out of school. This is the last full week and then he's off for Memorial Day but has to go back on Tuesday (lame). Oh well.

Jacob has started dancing (we think). He LOVES that fridge farm! Thanks Uncle Pete/Aunt Jen). He pushes the little frog and makes the songs play as he sits and rocks back and forth with his neck - goose style - it's too funny. Then, if he's in crawling position, he rocks back and forth on his knees. We are going to try and catch video this weekend - but you have to sneak up on him to get him to do it.

We've moved up in shoes and diapers this week also. Size 4 for both :) He's definitely grown longer lately.

Oh - Jenni you'll like this.... My parents sent me a brisket from the Honey Baked Ham store and it is quite yummy. Jacob ate some yesterday and liked it :)

Thanks for all the B-Day cards and wishes. I haven't actually had my celebration yet. Hank had a meeting late on Tuesday and is working late tonight, so tomorrow I get a dinner made by Hank and then the clues and then the gifts. I did get a card from Jacob Tuesday morning and breakfast in bed so it was a pretty good day.

My camera currently has about 6 pics of Jacob. Not really doing anything new, so no pics for this blog. Stay tuned.

Oh - if you remember my parents were in a terrible accident back in the fall and mom got pretty banged up. Well - they just now settled with the insurance yesterday! Geezz. They made out pretty darn good so now they are going to build their house and sell the trailer. YAY!!! More room when we come :) They are quite happy and excited to start building. They also added on to their store as they are about to have their two year anniversary. I can't believe 2 years have gone by. I think just over 300 people have visited.

Guess that's about it. Looking forward to seeing all the Carters in July in Florida. Hopefully Jacob will enjoy the pool and beach by then. They are about to open our pool here at the apartment, so Hank and I are hoping to get him used to it before the trip.

Oh - almost forgot... last weekend we started looking at cars. We are looking to get a used Mazda Tribute (Mazda's smaller SUV). We are planning to wait a few more weeks and get it before the FL trip. We test drove 2 :)
