Last night Hank came home with this horsey. He used it's sound effects in his concert. I put it with Jacob's toys and let him find it this morning. I showed him how to press the ear and it makes a trotting sound - then "neys". It didn't take long for this to become his new favorite thing.

Jacob has also been warming up to his little bike that we got eons ago. He now climbs on and rides around the house - he finally sits down on it to make it go - up till now, he's been "walking" it around the house :)

And..... I have been working with Jacob on sign language until he decides to speak some words we can understand :) He has learned "all done" when he's in his highchair. We also pray before we eat and he holds his hands together while we pray. And today - he is signing "please" for when he wants more - or wants anything. We are tired of the grunting and pointing - so this is working much better :) Yay Jacob!

Daddy's band must have played "Sleigh Ride"! Looks like he's ready to ride his stick horse across Georgia!
Yay signs for please and more.. I hate grunting and pointing. That's what Ben always starts with, even though he can talk -- we have to tell him "use your words"
